Day 3 and so far doing very good. I'm eating good food when I'm hungry and haven't had to deal with any cravings....yet 🤣

I stocked up today on chicken, tuna, lean mince, eggs and lots of vegetables. Better to be prepared right?

Feeling very motivated and finally convinced my partner to support me and not try and tempt me. Now here's to hoping the motivation lasts longer than previous times

Motivation runs out unfortunately..I'd say set up systems rn of discipline that will ensure that you have a hard time falling off the wagon. Set up a routine that involves the healthier choices you're making..Make it hard for yourself to quit without being conscious of it...All the best to you

Both Wanderlustee and Jespes26 have given great advice. Making long lasting habits and routines is the best way to get the weight off and keeping it off. Work out your RDI and don’t be in too much of a deficit. Your body will adapt. Increasing your daily activities, like gardening, going for walks or the gym will allow you to build muscle and increase your metabolism. Also good for your mental health. You are blessed to have a partner that will do it with you. Good luck to you both❣️
