OK the first full day with the Bodymedia Fit is done and....I don't know what to make of it. I had a fairly active day but nothing too unusual, and the BMF is telling me that I burned through about 3400 calories.

If this is even close to accurate, I've been running a massive calorie deficit over the last couple months. And if it isn't accurate...then it's a big ole waste of money.

I'm just about ready to quit losing weight and start maintaining, and I need to know whether I should be eating 2000, 2400, or 3400 calories. This is gonna take some more testing...
