Its loaded with calories. Zero sugar doesn't necessarily mean low calories.

No ways... Sorry i disagree with the comments. I eat half of one every once in a while and i stay below 30g lf carbs for the day and struggle to surpass 500 calories. It depends how you're eating them. I don't suggest the nutty one though.. Rather plain dark.

I'm not totally concerned with the calorie count to be honest, and if keto is not what you doing then I see no problem with them. They have other sugar replacements though which might be what other people are mentioning, but I ate them for ages quite happily ❤️

I only say it's deceiving because most people see zero added sugar and believe this product is healthy which is motthe case one really needs to scrutinize the labels and the ingredients to make sure you are eating good stuff and that you are aware of the calories and macros that you are consuming, it's what weight loss is all about
