I gained some weight but I am going to document my journey on the daily and would appreciate feedback and some meal ideas. low carb meals. I am gonna put my food and let you guys know. I am thinking of doing 2 check-ins daily one in the morning and one after dinner sometime so I can tell you what my day consists of.
I will do a powerwalk in the day and I will workout in the night on my WiiFit.
