So basically for me personally there is no motivation for consistency more enticing than seeing these love handles shrink...week after week....Seeing them look a bit bigger on some days and still doing the workout and still eating healthy... A shoutout to all my #LoveHandleBusters...The struggle is real but we are stronger... Apparently the love handle area is one of the last places you lose weight...It only happens when you lose overall body weight... It's a Tuesday and we've got the rest of the week ahead...Let us keep on doing this day by day y'all 👏👏👏
