Half mile/20 min done on the ellliptical. Bout time too..I upped the resistance and though what the hell did I do that for? Got a good sweat going. Trying to lose the last aunt flo pound so that I can lose 2 lbs this week lol. I will officially weigh in tomorrow and probably will have only lost 1 but oh well 1+1+1+ etc ='s lots of weight so I'll take it! I'm still just super excited I can run a mile still lol. Thats my runners high..the thought I can still run 1 mile. WEll I gotta log food and shower because I am dripping with sweat and gross.
