I'm finding it difficult to hit my calories now that I'm watching them like a hawk. I can absolutely be fine on WAAAAYYYY less than I was consuming. I get to about 1100 and find I'm completely fine for the day. Good spread of protein and carbs, sometimes my snacking sucks, but i was consuming probably close to double if not triple that amount before 😬 I need to try and eat more during the day though. I got to dinner and I had only consumed 456 calories during the day. Gotta love learning how to feed yourself at 36!
