Happy Monday! Well today is day one of no sugar and wheat for this girl. I'm so tired of being in pain all the time and I'm the only one who can change this. I've been hearing so many horror stories of people, young people, getting so sick, being hospitalized or just being so sore that they can barely move and it's all because we make the choice to NOT eat healthy and look after ourselves! Why do we make these choices and choose to live in constant pain?? No more....I am in control of my own life and my health and I am choosing to feel good...feel great! Wish me luck. I know it isn't going to be easy but I'm doing this...come hell or high water I am taking care of myself. It's not even about the weight loss anymore - it's about feeling good and living pain free! :-)
