This week I have lost a few pounds so far it’ll be interesting to see what my weight is on Sunday that will be my one week mark I’m sure the first week is probably a lot of water weight and maybe results from eating mainly low-carb but it definitely will help give me a jumpstart and I’m really surprised at how easy it’s been to stick with a lower calorie diet this week I haven’t been binging at dinner which is unusual for me but I typically have a snack size portion of something for breakfast then a 500 max calorie lunch and then 5 to 600 cal for dinner that still gives me wiggle room for a snack later in the evening if I am really hungry but most of the time I keep myself busy and don’t feel the need to binge at dinner time hopefully I can keep this up tomorrow I am doing a planned lunch at a restaurant I’m picking up boneless wings and a side order of mac & cheese that’s like my favorite lunch so it’s kind of a treat to myself but I’m also going to make sure that my dinner is in check I may just eat half my lunch and save the rest for dinner I don’t know yet but this is a planned meal it’s not something that I’m doing on the spur the moment and I feel like that’s OK as long as I get back with my low-calorie meals the next day
