Did 22 minutes on the bike this morning at the gym before work. Took my body fat with the armitron when I got to work and it said 20.9% which is lower than I thought. I am talking to a friend of mine who is a trainer about training me 1-2 times a week for the next 6 weeks or so. Looking forward to that :)
