ini dietnya salah ga sih? Nasi putih 155gr, Dada ayam 100gr, Tahu 108gr, Tempe 50gr, Kecambah 25gr, Kangkung 50g, Minyak 1sdm.Total 700an kkal..dan masih ada sisa kalori buat dinner, tapi total kalori masih dibawah BMR 😂 diet menyiksa macam apa ini?!!!😂
