體脂 38.5% 昨日入睡時間12:15
昨日運動時長(只有伸展)
排便⭕️ (後 體重27.9 體脂35.3%)
昨天只有做伸展,想說讓肌肉修復一下,但是一量體重掉了0.4公斤,但體脂就增加了0.3%,算是滿可怕的。等於掉的公斤數是我的肌肉了吧。
今天下午做了15分鐘的HIIT感覺很舒服耶,雖然只有15分鐘,但做完狂爆汗,是☝️個很棒的運動~但我覺得也是有先前的15天運動,讓我在做HIIT有比較輕鬆一點點,所以累積是很重要的,漸漸提昇代謝。
