I can proudly say that I've been consistent with my workouts. I'm on my 3rd week of T25-working with the modifier when I need to, plus I just started doing Brazil Butt Lift. So-YAY ME!!!

However, I need to get control of the mindless eating I do in the middle of the night-almost like sleepwalking. This is not helping me in any way, shape, or form. I wish I knew a way to get control of it and I'm doing what I can when I catch myself doing it. Last night it was popcorn and crackers. Another night it was pretzels. I'm noticing that the patter is those stupid carbs. Trying to keep them out of the house, but for whatever reason, they make their way in.
