Well my weigh-in day is tomorrow, but a sneak peek this morning was gratifying. Have a 6-7 mile run planned with friends tonight, which might just help a little. I love the weekday runs - head torches, mud-plugging trainers - yum. Shame the clocks are going to go forward in a few weeks, then no more night running until the fall.
