Dont know if it's stress or if it's because I've been on the verge of getting sick, or if it's all the muscle building instead of cardio Ive been doing.......but that scale is NOT moving.
I'm starting again today with logging my food and as soon as I feel like I am not sick, I will start cardio again. I justified stopping it because of all the busy-ness of life and all the physical stuff I have been doing.
I hit the chinese food monday night, so some of it may be sodium related. I havent been sleeping worth a crap. I have to get my ass in gear and get it together.
