Don't be so hard on urself, u have recognised u struggle at the weekends (as we all do) so try and be more prepared for this wkend coming. Bin the takeaway menus, delete Just Eat, have healthy snacks ready in the fridge, drink more water, get the ingredients in to make a 'fakeaway' and switch up ur routine a bit...u can't raid the cupboards if ur out a nice walk! U can do this 💪

@Rachvid go into ‘weight’ on the app or desktop then hit ‘goal’ on left hand side of current weight which is at the top. Change it appropriately to reflect your goals. X

@Rachvid....grazing at night time is another reason I totally changed my routine. I started getting up at 6am (it's amazing what u can get done b4 the kids get up) and heading upstairs at 9pm, maybe watching a program on my laptop and out cold snoring for half10....can't eat if I'm too knackered to move or sleeping🤣🤣

@rachvid. Don’t worry. You will work it out. How many calories are you eating? Are you tracking your macros & getting enough protein & fat? These will fill you up more. You can see the breakdown where your weight is. If you are too hungry it might be worth allowing yourself extra calories (maybe 100 maybe 200 it’s up to you to decide) and losing more slowly but steadily without fighting the hunger as much & helps remove the guilt too of having a snack x
