Brightest Light's Journal, 30 May 14

Lost more than I thought I would this week... always a welcome surprise! lol - I have however found myself starting to get bored and unfocussed on the diet. As long as I don't cheat though, who cares how I feel about it or how focussed I am. Maybe I'm mistaking routine for being bored. The diet has become a lifestyle these past 2 months.
135 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 35.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
