I've been thinking about this...I have a tendency to eat something(e.g: a 🍩) and finish it even if it tastes just ok. But kids will just have a few bites and then refuse. I don't like wasting food, but me getting fat isn't exactly helping 🌎 hunger 🤔😜

@Suma...I think it's a generational thing that was instilled in us by our parents 'waste not want not' & 'u can't leave the table/ don't get any pudding if u don't finish ur plate' I still struggle to leave anything on my plate and can't stand to through food out,,,I bought smaller plates and sometimes have my dinner in a bowl 🤣
