哇嗚~體重終於下來了,但是體脂怎麼又上去了呢?可能是晚睡,覺得晚睡也很容易口渴,所以還是要保持作息正常。要不然就是因為晚餐太油?因為炒飯⋯(幸好是自己家煮的,不然更油吧)
