Today was the first day this week that I woke up feeling rested and not starving. It is fantastic! I've been too tired this week to want to do anything but eat. But that's passed now and I'm hoping to get some excersise in tonight and weight lift tomorrow morning.
Yes, I am indeed in a good mood. :)
