Well I am back I was gone for a while because I had a total knee replacement. I had lost 5 pounds prior to the surgery and gotten down to 229. Imagine my horror 15 days after the surgery due to swelling my weight skyrocketed to 251 pounds!! Well I’m three weeks postop and I’m down to 230 now. Strict dieting following a limited exercise regime due to my surgery and walking a little bit as often as I can I really want to get 20 pounds off soon as my back is really bothering me a lot looking forward to getting back in the community

I had a total knee replacement and my doctor said walk, walk, walk. Really helps both the knee and the weight loss 🙃
