I'm working on increasing my protein levels, while keeping carbs and fats in a lower range. I'm allergic to tree nuts which is awesome because most protein recipes contain almond milk or almond flour. Does anyone have a go to snack or meal that's high in protein but lower in other macros?

what I've found out myself was: tuna in water, beef w/lower fat content, beef bulgogi, chicken just baked (so no fat added while cooking)
