Eating 95% fruits & veggies works... who knew? Period started, weight always gets wobbly around this time so I'll take my weight-ins with a grain of salt for the next week.
I've cut down my almond milk coffee creamer by 2 tablespoons, saving 50 calories per coffee. I REFUSE to give it up... but this will help lol
