Today was a fun day. We went skating and then went to pizza hut. i got my hubby to order a thin crust because it was less calories but he wanted a meat lovers. it was so full of grease but i was hungry. i ended up eating 4 pieces only to be living my life on the toilet 5 hours later. i am not going to do that anytime soon again. i guess next time i will just eat salad bar and maybe have one piece. it tasted great but so not worth the horrid aftermath. gonna exercise tomorrow and hopefully not gain this week. today was a bit higher of a calorie day than i wanted for my high calorie day. sorry the lack of caps, i'm typing from my phone.
