I went away to the beach this weekend and didn't pay much attention at all on dieting, so I'm super happy that I'm at the same point as I was on Friday. I guess being active balanced out with the extra calories I consumed.
Hopefully now that I'm home I can get back in gear and focus. It's been a busy couple of weeks due to work but things should be slowing down a little now. Haven't gotten good workouts in at all do to working late and I know that's why my weight hasn't changed much the past couple weeks.
I'm giving myself a mini goal of losing 5 pounds by June 27th. I need something short term to jump start my motivation, and that would just be a couple pounds a week which should be doable if I stay focused and really work on improving my diet and exercising more.
