I received some very good feedback on my food journal and am going to try to start fresh yet again. Going to really watch the water and log it. I know that I drink more than the 8 8-oz glasses that I was tracking on my phone but with me not tracking it here, it throws off the benefits of having people look at your food journal. I also plan to start marking that the journal is everything I ate rather than some of. Again, this causes folks who are trying to help me to be a little confused.

I thought my carb count was a little off so I verified the carbs in the food I was eating and voila... the FS database was WRONG. It said I had more carbs that the internet or the packaging said I had. This is not all that bad since the carb count on my journal was high but it did make me stop eating the things I need such as extra veggies. Anyway, I am going to work on being more carful about the information shown on FS from now on.

Anyway - I begin again.....
