I'm back at it💪 I've had my week off to reboot this Booty and now my focus is on getting my portion sizes down, drinking more water, using less salt and walking as many steps as this spine injury will allow!! Not only did myself&my wee yin sign up for the 5k run/walk for cancer charity Race for Life but I also signed myself up for The Big 100 for Asthma UK....walking 100km in September...wanted to sign up for 200 but I never know how my spine is going to be so thought I'd play it a bit safe. Plenty to keep me motivated And raise money for charity!! Let's do this 💪❤️

Thank you Funny,,here's hoping the weight starts shifting soon for us! The 5k will be a walk, my 9yr old girl is doing it with me, she wanted to help raise some money too,wee sweetheart, so it might take us a while to finish...but we will do it!!
