Ok I feel good that I am still holding on. Now time for a boost 💪🏼two weeks off and two weeks on for my fasting and doing keto bulk. No more added sugar. Let’s see in four weeks total if the scale makes a difference. I will be starting on my 16 hour fast for my two weeks on schedule. #Embrace Progress Not perfection 💪🏼
