Got up at 6am, took my thyroid meds and went back to sleep, didn't get up til half8! My room is too hot and I'm still not feeling 💯. Done my meditation on Gratitude, had breakfast then went out a walk with my girlie, went a different way today, showed the wee yin a different short cut and mini park, she's getting bigger now and I need her to know the full town so that she will never get lost, she's at that age where she wants to go out with friends on her own and I know I need to give her a bit more trust and independence,,it's just hard when ur a fierce mama like me 😂 it was nice, it's actually been years since I've walked that way myself! When we left it was cloudy, we wore our joggies, wow we were sweating buckets by the time we got back home. We had lunch, waited for a delivery then I was on phone to doctor. I've now been prescribed strong vitaminD and Iron tablets that I've to take or the next year! So we got ready, picked up my prescriptions and went a walk round the marina, I took a pic of my favourite boat Big Red, IL post it tmro for u all to see. I've ate sensibly today and I'm about 500kcal under my allowance and I managed 8,946 steps. I'm really tired so I'm heading up to bed, hopefully the iron&vitD will help with that. And my delivery today was two new fans, one for the wee yins room and one for me, we tried them out earlier, aahhh bliss,,one of the side effects I get from my tablets is hot feet, sounds crazy I know but when I say hot, I mean u could fry an egg on them, so I can't wait to get upstairs, starfish, and chill... literally...and hopefully 🤞IL sleep like a baby! Thank you all for your support, encouragement and lovely MSG's, it means the world to me and I appreciate every1 for it, it truly keep me going through my bad days,,goodnight all, much love 🙏❤️
