Keto is a great way of eating for overall health and weight loss...
The book "You're Not Broken" by Christopher M Duncan, might be beneficial as well...

keto limits your ability to lose fat body % . while you might get some results. I've found the crashing effect is not beneficial and you miss out on having chocalate/ ice cream with the same effect?
