Hello Milkybluetea, welcome to my world, sorry to see your weight go up. Its truly disappointing, but didn't give up. I've been up and down all my life. 25 years ago I was 12.5 stone, I'm only 5foot tall. I went down to 9.5 stone then 8.6 stone. I am now 8.8 stone and would like to be 8.2.
