stayed the same even though I lowered my calories as I not lost in 4 weeks now
81.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had the same issue, I cut my calories by 300 and noticed a difference, I do believe we need to count every single Calorie we consume, it’s a pain but it does help, I cut out bread and pasta for a few weeks, then started eating it again, it made me poorly weight gain, bloated, so iv stopped eating it again, you will get there I promise x

I don't count my milk but it's only in my tea . Fingers crossed next week will show my hard work ive gone from 1900 down to 1650
