Just not feeling well. I have sorta a blah feeling. Not sickly but kinda like I might be getting an upset stomach. Felt this way yesterday a bit but today its worse. Got in a hour workout and mile walk/run yesterday. Today not sure i want to do anything. WE will see what the rest of the day brings. I just feel like I should nap. Maybe I'll take a vitamin.

They say, the times you don't feel like doing something, is the time that you most need it. How do you feel after your workouts? Or don't even think of working out...how do you feel after a brisk walk in the sunshine? Thinking about doing something that is just "eh" is not a great motivator, I agree...but think about the feeling of the victory in the end. Sunshine is a great motivator, so hopefully where ever you are, the sun is shinning and you can just start with a brisk walk. And if that leads to a small workout or just eating well that day, then victory is yours! Go get it!
