Two weeks on vacation, eating out every meal, traveling around the globe, and I only gained 4 pounds! Is that even possible!?!?!? The amazing cuisine that I ingested - the desserts, the creams, the breads, the sauces... oh my. I'm very happy.
Now - back to the work! The real work. I've decided it's time to kick up the athleticism, I want to get into shape. Not just, eat the lower calories and lose size. I want to run, I want to build muscles, I want to have a hard body. I'm not sure where to start. I have no idea when to carve the time out of my schedule - but I'm going to do it.
Ladies - there are amazing benefits to losing weight. The ones that top my list are; better sex life, easier to move around/get where you need to go; I fit! I fit into clothes, european clothes, american clothes, the normal size clothes that everyone buys. I'm still a 16, but I'm not oversized anymore.
