I need to go weigh in on the neighbors scale. Mine showed 131.6 this morning. So that isn't making sense. I probably did drop a least a couple pounds in water weight, but not 8. I didn't get to eat dinner last night because I had to work late and I wasn't going to eat just before bed. That might account for a bit of it. I don't know. I certainly look better, so I had to be retaining a lot of water and have now dropped it. I've had 3 very light eating days. I've found that usually puts me on a solid path to a healthier diet. Especially being certain to eliminate any dairy or oats. So I'll see what the neighbors scale says and then decide on what to set my calories at. If I really am 132 then I'm going to move to a slow weight loss-maybe a pound or two a month. If I'm over 135 I'll stay at trying for two pounds every 10 days. I still have a gut and I really want to get rid of it. And the jiggly legs. Back fat. **Sigh** OK, going to keep on the 2 pounds every 10 days until I jiggle less.
