First day on GM diet... lets see how it goes. ..

70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 12.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there Kirk. You are doing much better than I did when I was your age. It's hard but you will be SO much better off if you can overcome the weight now. Babies are great for overhead lifts ! ;)
