大家早安~~
仗著自己前晚頭痛不適,整天高熱量補身體,果然就重了!
啊~~啊~~啊~~
早餐是:爆漿草莓起司奶油煎蛋吐司+馬鈴薯沙拉+火腿+冰美+葡萄柚(吐司是看著Yt做的,真的超級香)
午餐:茭白筍+皮蛋豆腐….
這樣看著還好,但我偷吃了女兒的炒飯五大口(就是一碗),又吃了她們的烏龜脆餅和纖三薯!!
可惡,我要把零食通通拿去丟掉😭
也許嘴巴縫起來會快點…
