I had a really awesome work out last night. I was barely able to move my arms when i got home, i'll take that as a good thing! :)
My weight has not budged from 136.2 in a while now (excpet for the one day it went down to 135.8) and since i've been weight training and on my period, i'll take that as a good thing.
I've got the munchies yet again today. It took every bit of will power i have not to drive to the nearest fast food joint and pick upa burger last night, and that was AFTER i finished dinner! LOL Aaaand there are donuts around the corner from my desk right now, i better not move from my desk any time soon! I'd really like to devour an entire box right about now...
