I rejoined Curves today. I did three circuits. It kicked my butt a little bit. I probably won't be able to move tomorrow. It felt good to sweat, though.

I've noticed that a lot of people find sweating unappealing or distasteful. It's a good detoxifying process, and it's natural. It's also evidence of hard work.
