I went to the doctor and she said I had ketones in my urine and that I must be dehydrated. I thought that didn't make sense because I've been consuming about a gallon a day worth of liquids (water, green juice, herbal tea, lemon water, etc.) I was thinking that maybe it's because my body is in ketosis due to not eating sugar and eating very low starch. What do you guys think? Anyone else have experience with this?
