Im.back again spent the past 4 months believing I had found the man of my dreams only to find out he was a lying cheat. Got to stop my emotional eating monster from taking over. Heartbreak is the worst x

Thank you I also lost my brother a few weeks ago so the temptation is fierce. but need to get motivated and moving these pounds

as someone who gained 10st after an ex of mine did something unimaginable to me, I totally get where you're coming from as an emotional eater. as hurt as you are right now and as much as you'd love to dive into the tasty snacks, please don't do it. your emotional pain is temporary and when you go to bed at night after not eating rubbish, you will feel a sense of achievement... focus on that feeling 😊
