Halfway through my first week and I'm anxious to see some results, but not entirely satisfied when I look at my Diet Calendar. I love having goals to chase after and try to accomplish. I will stay under my new RDI today unlike yesterday. I'm so proud of myself for staying on the treadmill an extra hour so I didn't feel guilty when I gave into my Del Taco craving that I've been having almost every night. Today will be better than yesterday.
Thanks to the new buddies I made on FS, especially the ones who send me messages and keep me inspired. Its easier when you don't feel alone.
