Sitting in my car at the gym... I feel tired and antsy and irratated. its only 1 o'clock and this day is already dramatic. I'm so focused on my goal with this weight loss and im so happy with the progress that I've made but I just feel kind of sad today. I dunno whats really wrong because if anything I should be really happy but I'm not right now. I guess its just one of those days where every thing is just eh... one of those days that an ice cream sundae could probably fix. but I know any gratification from that would be very short lived.
so I suppose that I will close my phone... get into the gym... and have an awsome work out! and hopefully that will cheer me up and help me clear my head.

Sounds like you are in a funk. The workout endorphins should help. This too shall pass.

you are doing excellent...you've helped pull me out of my funk. Except mine has lasted for a couple of weeks for some reason. Anyway, I'm getting my mind back right and breaking out of these 220's that's haunting me. Take care.
