Wonderful idea Richard, you have been doing great!
Mine happened quite unexpectedly when I got my dog his bag of food, 20kg Montego and carried the amount of weight/fat that I lost. Really great way to boost the motivation and such a big achievement.
All the best with your journey 🏋️♂️🍾🥂

I like this idea. Well done.
I'm sharing my weight journey with someone and they lost the weight of a mutual friend. It was wild when we thought of it that way.

A bag of dog food - the big one - 25kg! ☘️

I used to do that when I worked in the chicken industry - used to compare it to a 1.8kg or 2.5kg chicken. Would put notes on my fridge - you have to lose 1 x 1.8kg chicken etc etc :) Got a friend to do the dogfood thing at a healthy talk after she lost 25kgs. some people don't look at it like that and get a surprise when you point it out to them
