I am so excited! I got a really great deal on a treadmill. I paid $80 for a treadmill that a friend of mine paid $300 for. She has only had it for a year and you can tell it's not been used very much. Her loss my gain, or soon to be weight loss!!! I have been counting my calories and while I am doing good it seems a bit tedious. Having this website available does add some ease. I can enter things from my phone or computer and I can plan out meals and see ahead of time where i need to make adjustments. I hope with time that this will get easier because with homelife and going to school my schedule stays pretty busy. I'm not going to give up though my health now depends on it more than ever!
