I've been on this app for one year (yesterday) and the reality is that I've only lost 6 kilos! Other than that, I've been gaining and losing the same few kilos over and over again. Recently, I've had a health scare and now I have about 7 weeks time to try and turn some stuff around or else I'll be looking at even more vigorous medical testing. Obviously, I don't want that. I've tried multiple diets, including keto and intermittent fasting and they've failed miserablely for me. With my medical history of PCOS, occasional high blood pressure, NAFL, and Histamine intolerance, I've been thinking that's a lot of inflammation for a body to take! I've done my research and now I've decided to try the anti-inflammatory lifestyle of a mediterranean diet. I've also started myself on a high quality probiotic. I'm going to stick religiously to this now as I really want to see if this makes any sort of difference to my health. I have a positive feeling that it will...wish me luck! The proof will be in the pudding, as they say! Which I will be having none of! 😉😄
