day 3 of travel. it is hard to stay on my maintance plan when traveling. i am doing the best i can do at this point. trying to stay away from most breads adn starches. although i have had some. will be much easier when i get back home. tomorrow is a new day. I feel that i have maintained well as my pants are very loose. that is a yay!!
