Getting easier to control my late night cravings, getting a little easier to make myself go to the gym. Ate homemade fried chicken for lunch and I'm glad I had brown rice with it because I am so full right now. I haven't felt this full since I started FatSecret. I ate McDonald's yesterday and got so sick. I rarely eat fast food and I will never do that to my stomach again. I've been staying under my RDI pretty well recently, trying to leave a buffer for intake errors.
Last night I had a dream where I kept trying to resist a whole tray of cheese smothered potato wedges hahaha.
My first weigh-in is tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. I used to weigh myself every morning, but that just discouraged me to the point where I avoided the scale.
