Started back at the gym today. I just can't figure out how when it makes you feel so good you dred going. All day after I go in the morning I feel great, but then I don't want to go again the next morning. It just doesn't make any sense. I think once I get used to the routine again I will actually want to go every morning, like I did the last time I was really in the workout groove. I've managed to lose 22lbs since Jan 2 without the exercise and I'm hoping for another 10lbs by March 27 with a huge increase in inches lost. I have been taking pictures weekely, front and side and it's really nice to see the little changes it's hard to see day to day in the mirror. I think I will do some measuring tonight since I'm starting to workout. Just another way to monitor progress!

It takes me about a month of dreading the gym to all of a sudden wanting to go twice a day. Stick with it because you know that will happen. The pictures are a great way to keep up your motivation and, if it's meant to be, when the time is right you'll be taking shots of your growing prego belly and happy about putting on a bit of weight! Three cheers for your progress!

your doing great and the work out will come with more eas and fun. set yourself up with a trainer or find someone that goes at the same time as you everyday, whether you talk or not tell yourself that they will be there and need to as well it helped me get to the gym everyday before. I also made a great friend along the way
