I had gone to the gym and I done a bit of everything. Cardio, strength training, and weights. I am hoping to lose some more weight versus what I lost so far. I also believe that when I did do my workouts I didn't cut back my snacking. I have recently decided to go cold turkey on my snacks and only eat my 3 meals a day, (no seconds.) It's been a tough road trying to cut that out when my habits been nothing but eat like a cow. I could try to eat something and I could still go for something else to go with it. I have been fighting this battle for many years too long, and I think it's about time I do something it and not give up because of what someone else think I am doing.

Morgan, go to this site and figure out how many calories you need in a day to maintain. https://tdeecalculator.net Then cut back however you choose, but you need to stick with something to let it work. It will happen, you just need to be patient and give it some time. you'll get there, you just need to stick to something. 🙂 Now, I have to be sedentary for the next eight hours in front of my computer. See? it's a real battle.

I have always struggled with eating like a cow. It is so hard to cut back. One day at a time...
